POSITION:          Head Boys Cross Country Coach(One year replacement only)

                           Pasco High School                                

SCHEDULE:            2021 - 2022 Season (August 23, 2021)

SALARY:                Based on the 2021-2022 Coaching Salary Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)

*Current First Aid/CPR card

*Ability to meet WIAA coaching requirements and follow all WIAA and district guidelines

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Ability to mentor coaches in cross country program (9-12)

*Direct all phase of program (9-12)

*Ability to provide three weeks of practice plans

*Strong organizational and communicative skills

*Coordinate out of season camp and clinics

*District training regarding concussion management or ability and willingness to attend training

*Other required district training or ability and willingness to attend training

*Must include at least 2 letters of reference with letter of interest with letter of interest and completed application along with sample practice plans

DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required, but would be useful to the position)

*Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate

*Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
