POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

POSITION:            HEAD BOYS TENNIS COACH

                              Ochoa Middle School                              

SCHEDULE:            2024-2025 Season (March 3 - May 16) 

SALARY:                Based on the 2024 - 2025 Coaching Salary Schedule

                               Coaches Salary Schedule 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)

*Current First Aid/CPR card

*Type 2 License

*Ability to meet WIAA coaching requirements

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*District training regarding concussion management or ability and willingness to attend training

*Other required district training or ability and willingness to attend training

* Previous Head Coaching Experience 

* Previous Tennis Coaching Experience

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required, but would be useful to the position)

*Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate

*Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

*Minimum five (5) years of coaching experince in Dance at high school or college level

*Previous experience as a head coach or varsity assistant

*Bilingual English/Spanish
